*Note**: This Role Would Have Some Travel*
*Sr. SME/Architect level consultant on SAP CRM Service Module with strong
middleware knowledge, strong exp. on IPC/VC etc.*
*Position Description:* Should able to work independently and design and
build end to end *CRM/ECC integration* solution based on the functional
requirements using best practices.
*Desired Skills :*
1. At least 5 + years of *SAP CRM technical* experience and *3+*
years of *SAP ECC ABAP* experience.
2. Strong experience in *SAP-CRM to ECC* bidirectional Integration
for Pricing and Service orders.
3. Strong experience in Configuration of *CRM* *Web* *UI*
*Interface*. *UI* *configuration* tool, Navigation Bar & Business Role
configurations.
4. Strong experience in *BSP* Component workbench, Enhancement
sets, Generic Interaction Layer (*GENIL*) / Business Object Layer (*BOL*),
*BSP* *Tag*
library and extensions.
5. Strong experience in *ABAP* Objects and *ECC* ABAP development
especially service management module.
6. At least one full life cycle *SAP CRM implementation* in Service
module will be preferred.
7. Experienced in utilizing and applying *SAP* best practices on
projects.
8. Knowledge in Middleware(Queue debugging, *BDOC* analysis and
basic middleware configuration) will be preferred
9. Knowledge in Action Management in *CRM*.
10. At least 2 Full life cycle *SAP* *CRM* (*Sales*, *Marketing* &
*Service*) implementation
