[Hugin-devs] [Bug 1770946] Re: Package Hugin as flatpak

2019-07-06 Thread Chris Hubick
Fedora 29 still only has Hugin-2018, which is crashing for me. So, I
want to try Hugin-2019, but Hugin doesn't supply binary builds, and the
F30 rpm is compiled against newer libs and won't install. It's crazy
that the easiest route might be to upgrade my whole distro. A Flatpak
would have saved me :-(

Title:
  Package Hugin as flatpak

Status in Hugin:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Hi,

I would like to ask to package Hugin as a flatpak, which is a Linux
distribution agnostic way of delivering software.

The documentation about it can be found here:
  http://docs.flatpak.org/en/latest/

That would bring several advantages for Linux users and developers,
such as being able to use the latest version of the application on
several distributions and different versions (old LTS or a just
released one), it avoids dependency problems, it allows application
  sandboxing, and more:
  http://docs.flatpak.org/en/latest/introduction.html#target-audience

  Thanks

[Hugin-devs] [Bug 1835624] [NEW] %#images place holder counts both active and inactive images

2019-07-06 Thread zarl
Public bug reported:

In preferences I can use place holders to configure my default project
and panorama names.

%#images translates to the complete number of images that were added to
the project file while it should be the number of active files (= all
files selected in fast preview window).

Thanks,
Carl
