New: pspp-1.4.0 (93%, 180 untranslated)

The TP-robot is happy to announce the presence of a new PO file: https://translationproject.org/PO-files/zh_CN/pspp-1.4.0.zh_CN.po In this file 1872 messages are already translated, corresponding to 93% of the original text size in bytes; 180 messages still need some work. Shulin Yang is currently assigned for the translation. Please translate the remaining messages for the benefit of the users of the Chinese (simplified) language.
