[IAEP] Oct-Nov OLPC/Sugar San Francisco Summit Planning

I strongly encourage everyone to help Sameer's growing SF gang plan 
their Oct/Nov conference below -- that I certainly plan to attend -- 
whether or not it's the came-out-of-nowhere-smash-success fall event 
much like http://Realness.org was this spring :)
