Re: Print Dataset List with Last Date Referred
in 1.7 with pdf3.4, the dsn list does have the reference date. the problem may be the spflist lrecl going to 121 and truncating the last few fields. Look in "ISPF Services Guide" for LMDLIST ... STATS(YES) ... ===> variable ZDLRDATE or "TSO/E REXX Reference" LISTDSI ... ===> variable SYSREFDATE -- Zaromil -- For IBM-MAIN subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the message: GET IBM-MAIN INFO Search the archives at http://bama.ua.edu/archives/ibm-main.html
Re: Print Dataset List with Last Date Referred
I've altered my setting to 127 (which is what the ISPF error msg says may be the problem) and gone larger without success. The rightmost portion of my listing is: TRKS %USEDXTCREATED -- 1 100 1 2005/12/12 Alan Schwartz Assurant Shared Business Services Jack Kelly <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent by: IBM Mainframe Discussion List 02/28/2007 03:51 PM Please respond to IBM Mainframe Discussion List To IBM-MAIN@BAMA.UA.EDU cc Subject Re: Print Dataset List with Last Date Referred in 1.7 with pdf3.4, the dsn list does have the reference date. the problem may be the spflist lrecl going to 121 and truncating the last few fields. Re: Print Dataset List with Last Date Referred
Works in 1.7 also, Thanks Dave. Does anyone else remember this appearing in the past via just printing the dataset list on option 3.4 or am I experiencing a more senior moment than usual? The list opened for edit, and after scrolling right I could see the last referenced date in the extreme right column of the report. I can't test this in z/OS 1.7, but I'm pretty sure it works the same way.
