We have a special climate-controlled room that keeps the worms
at a low enough temerature so that they remain dormant. If the
temperature varies by more than +-0.73K, the worms either freeze
to death, or eat throught the CrTiAl alloy of the airlock doors.
Dicey.

Yes, no difference in importance or goal since SYSSTC is *hardwired* at FE
which is where TCPIP lives.

TCPIP currently runs in SYSSTC. Would that also be appropriate for the new
TN3270 address space?

I would recommend leaving it there.
Since it's a 'server' address space, it should be higher than every sub-system
that 'uses' it.
