Sysplex Tuning
Hi folks I am reviewing our sysplex setups which haven't changed much since their creation in the 1990s. Are there any pointers to conventional wisdom on the subject of tuning? I am already looking at z/OS 1.10 Setting Up A Sysplex (SA22-7625-16) and the White Paper Parallel Sysplex Performance: XCF Performance Considerations (Version 3.1). Are there any other documents that I should consider? Re: Sysplex Tuning
Just to add to Al's nice list also search sysplex on redbooks and check SG24-6485 on redbooks, it has some references to other manuals as well. This is timely for me also as I need to, in the near future, look at some of this as well at our site.
