Yes, the DEV/TEST container is no longer included in the Simultaneous 4HRA.

That's encouraging. And presumably since dev/test is now fenced off, it
doesn't contribute to 4HRA MLC costs?

We went to dev container 6 month ago.

Now we have x2 capacity for the same price (only MLC, OTC is the same).

pricing especially with dev/test environments and how did that work out for
you?
