I have had the different RCF addresses respond over night to a week or so later depending on time of year and other scheduling (internal to IBM). But they have gotten back to me. Thanks, I see no such dual-wording in the "Callable Services" manual, there only the "mhvrcfs" link is provided. My RCF concerns content (or lack thereof) so I guess I used the right address after all.
