This isn't meant as a marketing thing, but one of the best selling point we have for our System Automation software is that the cost is less than 5% (a lot less) of what IBM/CA etc. charges for the same function(s). IBM makes it even easier for us by requiring Netview thus adding a whole lot of extra resource consumption into the mix. I would guess that more than 2/3 of our clients have had the IBM or CA automation software before they came to us.
