Raju , Would you please elaborate more on why Swat is a Bad Idea (tm)

SWAT stands for Samba Web Administration Tool.
Google/linux came up with this
http://samba.linuxbe.org/en/samba/learn/swat.html

The problem AFAIK with swat is that it is not easy to configure. Beats the hell out of
you and you still get nowhere. That's so in many cases, but, those who are successful
in configuring it right love it.

an interruption is the first sign to me that my audience is awake. :-),
therefore it is always welcome.

a speaker in command of the audience can choose to answer a query
through interruption immediately, or politely explain he/she would like
to take it up at the end of the session, and make a mental note of it,
or put it on the whiteboard.

it's that simple.

interrupt more and let the speaker know you are awake.

interrupt and let them know you are being bored on your precious
weekend.

the final response rests with the speaker and deft tacking and handling
improves presentations.

How come you didn't mention the numerous interruptions b/w the talks/presenations. :)

Seriously people, something needs to be done to restrict the number of interruptions
during the talks/presenations. First of all, any questions/doubts/comments/examples
should be reserved till the talk/presenation is over. The reason for this is taht when
a question is asked, the focus of the talk/presenation shifts away from the
talk/presenation to the questions and subsequent questions. Thus, I have two
suggestions for the monthly meets.

1. Questions/doubts etc. should be reserved till the talk/presenation is over. I
understand this would not be easy to implement and so I suggest that,
1.1 We have a moderator to moderate the talk/presenation and keep the free from
interruptions/or to bring the discussion back to the talk/presenation.

2. All members should do a google search on the topics to be discussed in the meet
before coming to the meet. Just a simple google search as soon as the agenda of the
meet is declared. This would ensure that small doubts do not interrupt the flow of the
talk/presenation and make for a very interactive QnA session after each
talk/presenation.

P.S. I believe that I sent this mail only to Raj Shekhar yesterday. Sorry about that

Those were realy neat Eswar. Thanks for sharing those. I've been wanting to understand
the different encryption algorithms like RSA, IDEA, Blowfish, AES and others. So far
all good stuff I've found is on http://en.wikipedia.org/

A comprehensive list of all the algorithms can be found at
http://www.kremlinencrypt.com/algorithms.htm
Also worthy of a look is http://www.mycrypto.net/encryption/crypto_algorithms.html

Delete your /tmp files and then also remove or check the permissions on the
.Xauthority file, you can even just delete it as well as it will get recreated when
starting X.
