Wait a sec, IMHO you did the same ( cross posting ) with your elpa
technologies paid training advertisement email.

Yes, only *you* can stop this, by not posting to 6022 more
lists to which I'm not subscribed, and if I try to reply my replies bounce
back :(.

thanks

gentle Advice  for you : Please read email.. before posting anything.. or
 keep mouth shut..

I got many copies of your training email, bcos of all the lists.
Gentle advice to you - If you cannot take criticism, then dont bother
emailing me off list. Keep your mouth and everything else shut.

If you need only +ve replies, then write on the first line of email

Next time don't email me off-list for any reason; what-so-ever.

If I send you an OFFLIST email then why the hell you are sending it on
mailing list again..

and if you read the my mail then you will get you know that
I wrote a mail for ASKING A SOLUTION FOR HAVING NO OR MINIMAL
CROSSPOSTING.. So like we can setup and ILUG-ANNOUCE mailing list which
can be used for announcement purpose only (like a news or job posting or
anything which user want to post on many forums/) Now we can ask everybody
to join this mailing list or broadcast mail from this announcement mailing
list to all possible LUGs (ofcourse after moderation)

1 year back I got irritated by job posting on mailing list (because of cross
posting, same thing on all possible mailing list).. Then I created a
separate mailing list and after that I created/hosted a dedicated site for
it.. (http://fossjobs.in)

and Yes , I just made a single mistake in original posting..
I typed -- So can we stop this? I should have wrote - So can we minimise
it
next line say -- We need to think some better solutions

You tried to diverted my discussion by typing this

Wait a sec, IMHO you did the same ( cross posting ) with your elpa

Dude, There is no good mechanism (or better solution) exist that is why I
did cross-posting for elpa's training notice..

I wanted to discuss about community opinion rather the play game of
criticism on who is doing what?

PS: I do not have any attitude problem , probably you need to understand me
better and for this purpose you can spend some time with me on coffee or
tea

Nope. Thank you. You're not my wife or gf. I do not need to understand
you. period.
I just need to read 'the way you' write on the lists / off-lists.

and for this purpose you can spend some time with me on coffee or
 tea

Thanks, but I'll pass. You could try using the same choice of words
when you write direct emails to me.
Rather than using smooth language on the list, and profanity when it
comes to one-to-one.
Ever tried 'not' being a two-face?

Btw, We've made a real dirt out of this thread already.
Having respect for others on the list, better stop posting on this
topic (suggestion).
I am gonna do the same.

We are seeing an increasing trend of crossposting of email on most of the
LUGs of India..
So can we stop this???

we can choose one or create a FINAL mailing list for this purpose or BAN
cross-posting in all LUGs..

We need to think some better solutions..

Constructive replys are highly welcome..

I think anyone who chooses to be on more than one mailing lists, should be
prepared to receive that many mails, even on one subject from same source.
Those who wish not to receive multiple mails (of same subject from same
source, on multiple lists), can always decide to remain on one mailing list.
Solution need to be given to the problem and not to an issue not connected
with the problem.
