Short answer is no, at least not in terms of an active LUG.
However, there are many people in Bangalore interested
in various areas such as Python, etc., and some of them
are even FOSS proponents. One option for you might be
to look up a place called Jagaah, where many techies
hang out. You might find like-minded people there.
