Both species are found in Himalayas. Lot of variations also. Probably
P.latifolia was misidentified as P.speciosa earlier and hence not yet
reported. It is worth reporting as a new record for India. P.speciosus is
more common in chakrata-deoban and also at mussorie-Dhanaulti and many
other places between 2000-3000m altitudes. P.latifolia is rather uncommon
here.

Ischaemum indicum is right
Not Polytrias genus. I think the synonymy with Polytrias indica should not
be considered as Polytrias is entirely different from Ischaemum.

There are several species of variegated leaf grasses including bamboos. But
the amplexicaul leaf base clearly indicates that it is Arundo donax as
suggested by Paradesi ji.

Often mistaken for Panicum maximum. It is actually a hybrid Panicum
acuminatum also know as Dichanthelium acuminatum, native of California,
introduced as a fodder species. I first saw it in Chandigarh in a govt
institute, probably introduced by some landscape designer. It is highly
invasive. The hairy spikelets easily differentiate it from P.maximum.
Several species of Dichanthelium are said to hybridise and hence there is a
lot of variation too and though there are several species of Dichanthelium
reported in America, many authors consider many of them as varieties of
D.acuminatum

I think Polyscias pinnata and Polyscias balfouriana are same as per
 https://edis.ifas.ufl.edu/fp489
 https://mrec.ifas.ufl.edu/foliage/folnotes/aralia.htm

Keys are available at Notes on Polyscias (Araliaceae) from
