 Hi, Saroj ji,
Pl. post close up clear images of the inflorescence.
It may be *Scurrula elata* (Edgew.) Danser

  (mostly)
or *Scurrula cordifolia* (Wall.) G. Don
 ,
as the leaves appear to be subcordate.

This is not a plant that I have ever seen in UK before.

2022-05-16 Thread Plantaholic Sheila.
Maybe Saxifraga x ardensii.common name mossy saxifrage.
There are several named cultivars.

*Quote RHS*
*"Saxifraga* × *arendsii* (15)

A compact perennial to around 20cm high with deeply-cut, evergreen leaves
in dense rosettes forming low mats with a moss-like appearance. Small,
cup-shaped white, pink or red flowers are held on short stems above the
foliage in late spring and early summer"

Compare leaves to this link.

https://littleprinceplants.com/our-plants/perennials/saxifraga-arendsii-purple-robe-mossy-saxifrage/

In UK Jelitto is a company that grows seed plants to provide many garden
centres.
in their list they have..

SAXIFRAGA x arendsii 'Purpurteppich'
