   I do share your doubt. Not so much in leaves, but the sepals in our 
flowers have needle like tips, which is missing in the BBP pic. The stamens 
are also very different. Ten years back when I had tried to identify it, 
not many images were available for comparison.
I would be happy to get the correct ID. Maybe it is *Rubus nepalensis*!

Lindernia, hairy herb with round leaf is Glinus lotoides.

Wild Raspberry from Tawang, A.P. I think Susmitaji had sent a Photo
of Wid Raspberry from Lava. It is a Rubus species. The european
species is R. idaeus, the american one is a sub-species of idaeus.
There is an arctic species also. This pic is from 11000 ft. The
species i.d. is requested.

Your pics show a 2 needle pine.
In UK Pinus sylvestris...common name Scots pine  is extremely common.

However, because  this is again in the Eden project it may be something 
very different,  something not normally seen in UK.
Without a cone to verify,  conifers are hard from just young shoots.

betuluscommon name Hornbeam.
Veins and leaf edges are different in Hornbeam.

I would have said Betula sp...a birch tree.
