Hi All. Indeed Surajit Ji has made a mammoth contribution to the group and I believe he will continue doing so it in future. He is quite an appreciable personality and has every quality to be used as an example for new members. The basic pattern of behaviour which most senior and fellow members would expect along with the hard work are two most important characters which I find pleasure to bring up. The most awkward situation for me is probably his suffix of Sir with my name. I was quite not aware of his age, members like Muthu, me and e.tc and probably the youngest chaps in this group, most members are nearly at the dawn of their evolution at least I am still evolving. Hence, I will kindly request Surajit ji to remove the suffix as all other members do. Best wishes, Tanay
