Dear Ushadi, Sorry for the delayed reply.
The plant is from Rajasthan and during this seasons no leaf and flowers are available. The impact on human was given by a local person and he didn't allow me to touch the bulbs. The locals also not using this for any medical preparation. The Colchicum sp. are mostly from the Himalayan region and having small bulb. This bulb is of various size and resembles like white big onion. Hope the above information will help in identifying the plant species.
