The {{mocker-*}} file is generated on the fly by {{mock_runner.sh}} - it should
very much exist for the duration of its run.
I seems to exist just fine while the mock environment is initialized and when
the STDCI script is triggered inside it.
My guess would be that something insode the STDCI script runs something like
{{git clean}} and causes the file to be removed by the time {{mock_runner.sh}}
tries to clean up after itself.
