I generally email our inkscape/sfc list with a request for them to cut a
check.  I believe they also have the ability to wire the money, but they
generally have taken care of all of that end of things.

That said, I'll have to add that there seems to have not been action
taken on my last payment request (at least, I'm not seeing the check
payouts listed in Ledger).  It's been long enough that I should follow
up there.  It makes me kind of worry that SFC's budgetary situation may
be impacting their administration capacity, and hope that doesn't become
an issue for paying for the hackfest.

We already voted on sponsorship levels last September. For a $5000
(Golden Brush) donations we agreed:

This is a good offer, however, before agreeing to "endorse" his course
by linking to it, I would want to review it.
