Hi Jani,

This is at least something we should investigate. Feel free to file a bug at 
bugreports.qt.io (Project:Qt, Component: WebEngine) , including the Qt version 
you're using.

It what is written is http-cache, then yes that would be a bug. Though other 
things are cached or saved too, which might still be there with just http 
cache disabled.

WebEngineViews has possibility to set:
profile.httpCacheType: WebEngineProfile.MemoryHttpCache

Even though memory cache is set I can see that WebCache directory is
created and data written there. Is this a bug or do you think it works
as expected?
