I am also +1 on bundle but not on default. I think we should also reach out to 
other OSS caches to ensure they know they still have a place in our Eco system. 
 Some are preferred by certain use cases.

Whats the status of the zend signal handling RFC/patch, did it need
Windows support or any other things? If so then I dont see a reason
not to include it as it is now, as it will be improved anyway as we
are getting closer to a release.
