1.  Experience of at least 5 years as a Business Analyst, preferable some
part of it with a Retail client

2.  Experience in Membership and/or CRM systems would be an added advantage

3.  Excellent communication skills and client management skills

4.  Self-starter who has demonstrated capability to own up an area, drive
it and deliver.

*5.  SAP CRM experience is required.*
