Seeking a Senior Content Strategist for our financial client.  This person
will develop, communicate, and execute a customer experience driven content
strategy that supports stated business objectives.

Position Summary:

   - Seeking a world-class Content Design professional to help drive our
   brand forward in the digital realm.
   - The position has broad responsibility for defining the editorial
   standards for digital experiences.
   - The ideal candidate will be able to align the vision of ubiquitous
   computing across desktop, mobile, tablet, and ATM’s with evolving Brand and
   editorial standards and guidelines.
   - The Senior Content Designer must be able to balance working as a
   contributor or leading vendor assisted design efforts on both the
   unauthenticated public/sales sites and the authenticated/servicing sites.
   - The Senior Content Designer will be able to collaborate with the UX
   design team and with business and technology stakeholders and will have a
   demonstrated ability to think strategically about the overall experience
   across user touch points.
   - This is a person with a passion for elegance and simplicity in
   designing solutions that customers love to use.
   - This position reports to the head of User Experience within the
   Digital Channels organization.

Position Accountabilities:

   - Own the editorial standards for digital channel experiences across
   desktop, mobile, tablet, and ATM.
   - Conduct project research, including content audit and gap analysis,
   stakeholder interviews.
   - Facilitate and streamline the copywriting process.
   - Develop and maintain editorial calendars, style guides, technical
   specs, inventories, and taxonomies.
   - Collaborate closely with user experience team to design optimal user
   experiences for customers following user centered design best practices.
   - Produce best-in-class content strategy and help shepherd it from
   concept through launch collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, product
   managers and internal and external technology partners.
   - Help to establish and continually refine a UX design system and
   processes that provide for agility, nimbleness and quality in meeting
   partner needs and designing successful digital channel solutions.
   - Work closely with Risk, Legal, and Compliance to ensure compliance.

Required Skills/Experience:

   - Self-motivated, creative, and passionate about designing a great
   digital channels user experience.
   - Possess exceptional portfolio of work that demonstrates elegant
   workflow solutions with a solid track record of Visual Design success.
   - Ability to organize and structure disparate information.
   - Excellent understanding of SEO strategy as it applies to content.
   - Fluent in UCD best practices for information architecture and
   interaction design in online, mobile, tablet, and ATM.
   - Experienced in integrating analytics and data into design strategy and
   approach.
   - Practical in meeting project timelines while focusing on larger vision
   required to build an outstanding UI.
   - Skilled in verbal and written communication as well as presentation
   skills.
   - Deep design sense and skillset coupled with passion for partnership,
   teamwork, execution.
   - Exceptional attention to detail.

Required Education or Equivalent Experience:

   - Bachelor’s Degree in Design or User Experience preferred.
   - Master’s Degree preferred.

Required Experience:

   - 3 - 5 years in various interaction design positions.

Field of Experience:

   - Thorough knowledge of and experience designing compelling digital
   experiences aligned to financial services products.
   - Complete understanding of human/computer interaction paradigms as it
   relates to online and mobile devices.
   - Successfully launched digital product into the marketplace.

Administrative/Technical Skills:

   - Web Interface Design.
   - Analytical and research.
   - Financial Services product and service knowledge.
   - Facilitate meetings.
   - Demonstrated management.
   - Develop workflow/project plans.
   - Negotiation skills.
   - Presentation skills.
   - Mac/PC design tools.
   - Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects
