Minimum of 84 months experience with writing Java application software for data access, data structures, data manipulation and databases. 2. 84 or more month’s development experience in the FileNet suite of products. 3. 84 or more months assisting and/or leading in the design of program specifications to implement software solutions. 4. 84 or more months experience with demonstrated proficiency in proper application of standard design patterns (J2EE) to solve complex business problems. 5. 84 or more months experience providing Websphere and JBOSS Enterprise Application Server services, Red Hat Enterprise Linus administration and mainframe integration development expertise. 6. 84 or more months’ experience analyzing business processes and workflows and working with non-technical staff to develop system specifications and resolve problems. 7. 72 or more months experience with use of XML and web services in a JEE environment. 8. 72 or more months performing testing and implementation and preparing technical and user documentation, software conversions. 9. 72 or more months experience working with developing Java solutions with a Web security protocol using LDAP and Netegrity SiteMinder. 10. 72 or more months experience in configuration management utilities for Java applications. *Project Scope- duties of position* Imaging/Enterprise Document Repository (I/EDR) and Onsite Scanning (OSS) and Intelligent Auto Fill (IAF) I/EDR and OSS are used by most social services districts to scan, index, retrieve, and annotate client images. These images are used by the SSDs in their client case processing separately or from within my Workspace. IAF is used by districts to create custom letters by drawing information from legacy systems into form templates. This person is to be the technical architect/lead for the maintenance and enhancement of these systems. *Daily Tasks will include but are not limited to the following:* · Participate in JAD sessions to assist in the preparation of use cases and other design deliverables. · Interpret use case requirements, seek clarification from BA’s as needed and estimate, propose, prototype and develop solutions that integrate within the existing ECM technology stack where required, but are improvements and in line with ITS future direction when required. · Provide J2EE, WebSphere, and JBoss Enterprise Application Server, web services, Oracle 12c, IBM MQ, FileNet and Unisys Mainframe integration application development expertise. · Provide software configuration management for Java applications, with such utilities as Hudson, ANT, Maven, Jenkins and SVN. · Perform development tasks in the environment described. · Provide mentoring to State staff and other contract resources in all tools as required. · Provide troubleshooting and end-user support and problem resolution. · Provide technical documentation, solution prototypes, conduct demonstrations of work in progress and completed work to business subject matter experts and other technical staff.
