TIBCO 5.0(Iprocess) & TIBCO 6.0 (BW, EMS, Active Spaces, Hawk) 24*7 Support
for Incident and Service Request for Prod & Non-Prod environment
Configuration Changes - Backing up configurations, updating and applying
changes, restarting and verification of changes Deployment Requests-
Selecting the DR (Deployment Request) and Approving Troubleshooting of
failures by checking logs and triaging  to concerned support Incident
Management - Triage alerts and warnings and determine appropriate course of
action based on documented standard operating procedures and policies
Review logs for entries and errors relating to specific conditions and
requests by BTS or other support organizations. Restarts of services and
applications-  Involves selecting the JVM/ App Pool / WebSite and perform
restart using the standard operating procedures Server Builds- Create
request tickets for hardware, firewall, privileged access, execute server
build scripts, verify installations, configure JNDI and any other
configurations required by the requestor Problem management
