*Tibco Middleware administrator:*

· 5+ Year of progressively responsible experience in IT Operations
or Engineering and with TIBCO classic stack, and other middleware
technologies (MQ, WebSphere Application Server, Apache, Tomcat, IIS, Layer7
or NICE© Actimize).

· 3+ Year supporting a JMS messaging infrastructure (TIBCO EMS or
IBM WebSphere MQ).

· 3+ Year setting up for TIBCO applications.

· Also requires experience working remote or on-call, excellent
problem solving and communication skills, and demonstrated knowledge of:
Java and JMS 1.1 and 2.0; databases and database technology (Oracle/MSSQL
Server);

· networking protocols and services; certificates, SSL handshakes
and encryption; and load balancing, clustering, high availability and
disaster recovery.

Work Experience Required:


   - Minimum 4-6 years working experience in TIBCO major software;
   - Experience in TIBCO major software  – EMS, BusinessWorks,
   BusinessEvents, Hawk, BPM iProcess and Adapters
   - Experience in Red Hat Linux, IBM AIX environment and tools



Skills Required:

1. Effective communication skills;

2. Knowledge in TIBCO architecture deployment and runtime administration;

3. Ability to collect TIBCO trace data and to interact with vendor

4. Ability to manage complex EMS instance set up and Business Works domains

5. Experience in startup and shutdown scripting as well as recovery scripts

6. Strong grasp of Hawk tools and scripting;

7. Success attributes include initiative, the ability to perform under
pressure, strong leadership, analytical problem-solving abilities;
willingness to work during weekends
