*Position: Ruby on Rails Development Lead Location: King of Prussia, PA*

*Duration of Experience: 6+ Months Contract*




*Job Description: *

   -

   Experience designing, implementing, and deploying architectures at scale
   in a production environment as a technical lead
   -

   Experience performing code reviews, enforcing coding standards,
   mentoring junior developers, and managing technical resources using agile
   methodologies
   -

   Well versed in gems/plugins, Ruby on Rails (and web applications in
   general), REST API interactions, and data modeling
   -

   Strong OOP background (SOLID / DRY)
   -

   Have designed and built well architected systems that allow for rapid
   feature development and delivery to production
   -

   Write clean, maintainable and efficient code
   -

   Experience with MiniTest/RSpec, TDD and CI environments
   -

   Comfortable in a linux environment and infrastructure related concepts
   -

   Experience working with git
   -

   Experience working with Product Management organizations and other
   parties to understand and clarify requirements.
