*Technical/Functional Skills*

   - Adobe AEM / WEM foundational concepts and a good understanding of AEM
   building blocks, SLING, FELIX, JSR-170
   - Leveraging web content management components of AEM to customize and
   port customer websites is required - DAM, SoCo, MSM, Tagging, workflow
   - Install and configure hotfixes and 3rd party softwares onto the
   existing AEM platform
   - Creation of custom components
   - Complete understanding of CRX as a repository
   - Experience with Service Oriented Architectures (SOA)
   - Experience with RESTful and SOAPbased web services
   - Expert knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and
   - Comfortable with data exchange protocols like JSON and XML
   - Experience of Apache Log4J
   - Expert in Unix/Linux platforms
   - Experience with development and deployment environments and tools
   - Good communication and team skills

*Roles & Responsibilities*

   - Administer websites and content management using Adobe Experience
   Manager (AEM).
   - Administer and build components, templates, dialogs, and workflows
   using the AEM architecture (Sling, CRX, OSGI, JCR)
   - Diagnose and solve technical problems related to content management
   such as search result accuracy, dynamic content linking, formatting, image
   scaling, internationalization, and personalization
   - Install and configure hotfixes and 3rd party softwares onto the
   existing AEM platform
   - Translate business requirements into AEM specific implementation
   specifications
   - Own and manage several AEM clustered environments
   - Work with other software Engineers to investigate problems and make
   changes to the AEM environment and associated applications
   - Automate deployment and management of AEM services
   - Contribute to the evolving architecture of our services to meet
   changing requirements for scaling, reliability, performance, manageability,
   and price
   - Document designs and procedures for building and managing AEM clusters
   - Participate in on-call production support rotation
