levels of leaders in the Contact Centers, vendor partners, and stakeholders.

·         The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, energetic
environment and leverage their passion and demonstrated

·         Experience in the areas of analytics, problem-solving, and
relationship building to drive continuous improvement across PG&E service
operations enterprise.

·         Understanding of call routing concepts and efficiency practices –
Cisco specific knowledge a plus.
