*Required Skills:*



· A minimum of 8 years prior work experience

· Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

· Expert knowledge of the installation, administration, and
configuration of Remedy ITSM Suite 8.x, 9.x (Incident Management, Problem
Management, Change Management, and Asset Management), SLM, SRM, and Atrium
CMDB

· Experience in the design, development, and customization of
Remedy based systems including the migration/deployment of code between
systems

· Experience managing the ARSystem Server, Mid-Tier, Approval
Server, and Email Engine configuration

· Ability to identify possible enhancements, map current processes
into ITSM, and identify and gather requirements

· Excellent troubleshooting skills

· Excellent written and verbal communications skills

· Desired Skills:

· Experience with installation, administration, configuration, and
testing of MyIT and Atruim Orchestrator

· Excellent Understanding of all ITIL processes

· Knowledge of ADDM 10.x

· Performance Tuning of Application/Web Server

· Knowledge of Business Objects and Crystal Reports

· Remedy Action Request System 8.x ,9.x ITSM Suite (Incident
Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management and
Asset Management), SLM, SRM and Atrium CMDB
· Maintenance of Remedy ARS based ITSM Suite, SLM, SRM and Atrium
CMDB
· Managing Foundation Data (Create, Update, Delete)
· Managing CMDB data model and Asset / CI Audit Log
· Remedy development (workflow objects - AL, Filters and
Escalations, etc.)
· Integration of Remedy and 3rd party tools
· Creating Standard / Advance SRs and configuring its approvals
· Ability to debug remedy issues using logs

Required Skills:
