Past experience building and deploying enterprise solutions on large
programs.Development background in one or more commonly used object
oriented technologies such as Java. Familiarity in workflow based
implementations
  Basic understanding of various software technologies &
compatibilities.Work experience in agile programs and familiarity in
working with tools such as CA Agile Central (Rally).Sound Telco & Domain
knowledge in Order Management, Provisioning, Activation and Service
Assurance (OSS).Thorough understanding of Ethernet technologies and
implementation specifics in Ethernet over Fiber, Ethernet over Copper and
Layer 3 VPN with Ethernet access.Familiarity with MEF APIs for Ethernet and
Layer 3.High level understanding of Ericsson EOC and ECM product set.White
space & Integration issues management expertise.Ability to quickly identify
potential solution gaps.Build roadmap to deliver defined solution within
expected timelines.Effective documentation and communication skills.
