a. *Product architect* for existing Opera implementation
i. Must
understand the Opera product architecture at hardware and software level
ii. Be
able to guide and help in-house development team on integration between
Opera and in-house developed products using OXI, OWS, IFC8
iii. Be
able to work with infrastructure, QA, DBA team and security
iv. Be able
to work with BTP (business technology partner – a liaison between IT and
the business) and Project Manager in gathering and providing PMS
requirements and solution roadmap
*b.** Product implementation developer *
i. Must
understand all Opera modules of Opera including PMS, OXI, OWS etc.
ii. Be
able to implement OXI based custom integrations to provide PMS capabilities
to various in-house development products
iii. Be
able to understand OWS current functionality and integrations in order for
OXI implantation to ensure current functionality of OWS is not compromised
during development.
c. *Product manager* who can lead property management systems
i. Must
have a proven product management track of at least 8-10 years while
assisting and leading project deliveries
ii. Be
able to work with Sr. Product manager in assisting execution of the PMS
product roadmap using Opera
iii. Be
able to work with change management, release management, IT QA, Security
and Infrastructure to coordinate and track resources, tasks and delivery
milestones as per MGM’s PMF (project management framework)
iv. Be able
to work with the business via the BTP (business technology partner) to
understand the full usage and need of the customers using Opera.
v. Be
able to understand at a high level the development projects that are
reliant on OXI implementation, OWS functionality and Opera.
vi. Be able
to engage with and maintain a relationship with Micros (Opera Vendor) key
representatives during and after the project for support and questions.
