People are used to blocking spam by IPv4 address.  That makes it 
difficult to explain that it is no longer the better way for IPv4 
connections, and nowadays for IPv6 connections.


I don't have any problems with SMTP over IPv6.

Turning off IPv4 like that does not sound like a good idea to me.  It 
is possible to determine what would break if the network is IPv6 
only.  The idea would only make life difficult for users.
