Conditions slid back a bit this morning. I listened from 1158 to 1252. LSR at 
1250.
594 JOAK faint under splatter w/male and female in JJ

693 JOAB faint w/time pips at 1200, mumbly speech

747 JOIB fair to good w/female in JJ, language lesson

774 JOUB weak w/language lesson

972 HLCA weak under splatter, w/female in KK

1134 unknown faint to weak w/male in KK?

1566 HLAZ weak w/male choir w/hymn

The problems persist in South America. I just took a clockwise cruise all the 
way around South America and between Cape Horn and northern Peru, at least 25% 
of the frequencies had hets from unstable operations.
