This shows that WDKD 1310 is simulcast with WSIM or Star-FM 93.7

And with the Star-FM/Frank-FM connection on this page

doubt that we are talking about the same station.
Again, we need to confirm this with by listening to the station or
stations.... I can not find an audio stream of the station....
