They might be having a pattern switching problem. I was in Port Townsend, WA last night and they were even with KKOL. 20kw would do that handily. No trace of them here near Chicago on either my 9:30 or 10 pm CDT recordings. CX had deteriorated for highish latitude by 10 pm anyhow. Heard an ID for KAPL and their programming matched what is listed on their website. I will send them a reception report and see what happens. They didn't answer in 2005. They offer bumper stickers for $0.50 each so I will send money and a SASE for a couple and maybe that will get a response.
