[IRCA] KEX's IBOC is off
In tuning across the dial a bit ago, I noticed KEX's IBOC was off. Both KLAY-1180 CJRJ-1200 have no hiss on them. Not only is their IBOC off, but their frequency is 29.5 Hertz low. That is probably the reason IBOC is off. Patrick, I heard KEX-1190 this morning 10/22 at 0026 PDT without IBOC and with their transmitter running an average of 29.8 Hz low. So it looks like they are having problems. I have noticed the past several days that KEX's IBOC is off. A technical issue, or is it gone? It is nice to hear KLAY-1180 and CJRJ-1200 noise free.
