[IRCA] KRPI-1550 Test

2012-03-14 Thread Mike Stonebridge
My KRPI-1550 QSL card from their recent test was in my mail box this morning. A
great looking card. Been many years since I received one this good.

Many thanks to all those involved in making this happen.

[IRCA] KRPI-1550 TEST

2012-02-27 Thread Pete Taylor
Excellent here with fiddles and Indian music and CW and voice IDs. Now I have
to go back and check the tape to see if any other IDs popped in at 1am PST
since I don't have KKOV or the latest of many San Francisco calls.

[IRCA] KRPI-1550 test is ON

2012-02-26 Thread Rick Dau

Morse Code in prompty at 0400 ELT.   Thank you, David Harris!   1550 is a
muddle here tonight, and KRPI would've never made it through without it.
Washington logging #2 at this QTH (KGA-1510 is the other).

[IRCA] KRPI-1550 test

2012-02-26 Thread Bruce Portzer

The test opened with voice and code IDs.

It has a big signal in Seattle to no surprise.

[IRCA] KRPI-1550 test heard in Colorado Springs, CO

2012-02-26 Thread Robert Wien
KRPI-1550 DX test made it nicely here to Colorado Springs, CO with
various code ID's at various times for entire half-hour of test. No
other programming heard through the mess, had a Fox Sports radio
station dominating, perhaps Albuquerque?? Thanks for the great DX test!

2012-02-26 Thread Ira Elbert New III

I guess I should have fought harder for this one. It sounds like it was
heard almost everywhere. I went to a BBQ Contest yesterday and after driving
for four hours or so, I was just too exhausted to flip on a radio at four in
the morning, let alone even wake up. Thanks to everyone who helped make it
happen and maybe I'll hear Washington one day...

[IRCA] KRPI-1550 Test NOT heard on Cape Cod

2012-02-26 Thread Marc DeLorenzo

Just finished playing back my recording. WSDK-CT dominated a real jumble of
stations with its Life Changing Radio canned programs. Number 2 on the
channel was apparently R. Progresso de Cuba with jazz. Also heard a fire and
brimstone preacher - no idea who that was.

Darn! Washington State still needed here.
