published (Christmas present?) It is being updated as we speak, but not quite

I would be wary of the FCC data for any other countries - first this data
contains inactive allocations, unused grants and is somewhat outdated. That
said though, I don't know of any online source which would meet the need.

I’d go with WRTH. For anything outside of the United States the FCC database is 
way out of date.

Try the FCC database:  https://www.fcc.gov/media/radio/am-query.  I use it
quite a bit and it has many, many Mexican stations as well as Central
American in there.
