 again.. i doubt anyone will apply for 1560 there, as getting the minimum

Sad indeed.  Back in the day, I heard their ‘equipment test’ in 1975 in 
Lansing, MI:

I remember during that test the station taking calls and acknowledging DXers 
and, I assume, Mr. Phillips, going on and on about his Bauer transmitter of 
which he was quite proud.
