I have evaluated the "visit" of Hurricane Katrina as a Muslim should. You
can make a leading news Itemin your next issue. The supremacy of the
USAhas totally been exposed. Her "myth" has been shattered. In case of
emergency or some catastrophic eventsthey did very
poorly.Thisis not a goodsign for the country that is dictating
terms topoor nations whereas it could not keep her own house in

Hurricane Katrina came like a thunder
and gone like an ordinary storm. In its wake, it left the
Gulf
Coast states of
Louisiana,
Mississippi, and
Alabama in total ruins, especially
the City of New Orleans,
Baton Rouge and other coastal cities
and sea resorts. It totally uprooted about a million people form their hearths
and homes and forced them to take shelter in neighboring states after living and
suffering under complete inhuman condition for about five days at their
respective places. Ten thousand or more are still lying besieged in NO alone. It
is presumed that most of them must be dead by the time. Now house to house search is going on.
There was enormous amount of looting, theft, burglary, arson, rape and shooting
in the affected areas and within the famous Superdome. There was no water, no
food, no light, no shelter and no security to the affected thousands and
thousands poor people, including children, old, sick and incapacitated. Area
hospitals were the worst affected as there were no basic amenities available.
The patients were dying and the doctors were watching them dying helplessly. One
can well imagine how the people of
Iraq are coping
with the same unspeakable situation for the last so many years under the
“control” of the same administration that is responsible for the miserable
plight of the Gulf States in the
USA...
It was all happening under the very nose of the
mightiest superpower on earth. It is no doubt a natural disaster but human
mistakes, negligence and inherent shortcomings of the system made it the worst
human disaster of American history. Neither the people were ready nor their
government to face the inevitable situation as grim realities with a stand-by
comprehensive rescue plan even when it was known to all concern that the storm
is going
