He is just 14 years of age and should continue his studies.
Do not look for jobs and deprive him of a sound education.
What is your difficulty in sending him to a college ?

If any one need an Hafiz for their mosque , I have an 14 Yrs. old Nephew
wanted to come to USA and teach quran and also to perform the prayers. Please let me know and also pass it on this message to others.
