This seems like a candidate for closure given the comment from [~jbertram]
There are no known issues with consumer blockages in the AMQP bits that we are
currently aware of.

I think this is related to a bug involving page counters (i.e. an internal
house-keeping stat related to paged messages). When I performed a {{data
print}} on the data you uploaded I see that there are actually *0* messages in
the {{TransactionInformationMessage}} queue. However, there is this record:

recordID=18826397;userRecordType=41;isUpdate=false;compactCount=7;PageCountRecordInc
[queueID=2922, value=15350, persistentSize=7867226]{noformat}
I believe this is why the console is reporting that
{{TransactionInformationMessage}} has 15,350 messages.
[~clebertsuconic], does this sound right to you?

I saw that there is a newer version 2.26. I’ve updated my broker to this
version, but the problem still exists. … Also, a new start of the broker does
not change anything. Restarting the client does not change anything either.
