[~rubenql], thanks for reminding.
 This one is a small improvement to simplify the use for translating, add new 
function.
 I checked the CALCITE-3224, it is a refactor for the implementation.
 Currently, it will not interfere or supersede this one. But there may exist 
some conflict in the code. 
 I will close this one if CALCITE-3224 changes and supersedes this one.

Please note that there is another (broader) ticket regarding 
RexNode-to-Expression translation: CALCITE-3224. I'm not sure if it might
