 steps to reproduce.
 1.) create a shared network with the following details.

  guest ip range 10.136.10.1 to 10.136.10.20 (note that the gateway ip is 
 a part of the guest ip range.)
 2.) deploy a vm 
 the gateway ip gets allocated to a uservm.
