In that case the only alternative is to disable the test until someone speeds 
it up properly.

The hotfix {{a709b74fd8}} in master breaks the HA test for my local setup. The 
problem seems to be that the JM does not have enough time to be elected as the 
new leader.

Well this isn't acceptable. Looking at the test most of that time wasted 
waiting for the JM to shut down:

The 60 second sleep is executed 12 times.
