Checked. We are running more tests now in near all the components touched after
a compare component by component (What was I thinking earlier?) 905 tests after
and 799 before. The failing test was a medium in client so wasn't being run.
Let me retry. If flakey I'll disable and open an issue on it.

At least It works for hbase-endpoint. Without the removal we only run one test.
After the removeal we run 40 tests. See here

Reopened and instead resolved HBASE-17545 as dupe of this one. First let me try
a non-patch making non-changes in all effected poms to get baseline count of
tests run.

I took a look at how many tests are actually run here though and we seem to be
missing a bunch. Something not right. Let me dig some more...

you can disable the test TestStressWALProcedureStore#testEntrySizeLimit until
we get a patched protobuf.
that test is just to ensure that protobuf behaves has expected, we should not
hit the limit at least with proc (maybe cells?)

I'd say, try to post a patch with @Ignore and see if other tests will complain.
at the moment with don't really know that since QA stopped early. if other
tests are passing you have my +1 to commit it

I should commit [~mbertozzi] even though it will expose a test that fails
always?

patch looks good to me. QA executes the missing test from proc module but then
it stops there since we have the failure
