nkeywal commented on HBASE-1749: -------------------------------- Yes, because of HBASE-5844 & HBASE-5939, we now: - delete immediately the znode when we exit - restart after a non planned stop. This is safer than retrying to reinstitute a region server in the same jvm, as it removes any memory or static variable effect.
