Patch v6 removes the call to Stop() since in the current form of
ChaosMonkeyRunner, there is no way to retrieve the spawned monkey runner.
Please provide more detail on the crash when monkey option is passed.
I verified that ChaosMonkeyRunner received the passed arguments by adding
prints in main() method.
